Jim Dyson Guitars

My Jim Dyson pickups are true single coil pickups. I build ‘em for Tone in the traditional way to produce that vintage Tone, and then some. We’re talking about single coil magic, designed and painstakingly handmade in Australia. I use alnico pole pieces assembled into unique shielded bobbins, slow wound with Australian enameled copper wire and wax dipped to eliminate squeal. All sets of Jim Dyson pickups are graduated for neck, middle and bridge positions and feature reverse wound/reverse polarity hum-canceling, meticulous shielding and fabulous, full spectrum Tone. Jim Dyson replacement pickups are available for all popular guitars and basses.
